Gourmet Salad Dressing

2 cups oil
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped

Place all ingredients in blender and blend.

Note: I recommend coconut or olive oil, the most healthful of available oils. If coconut oil is solid, it will need to be warmed in order to blend.
